1 General Provisions & Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the 999r platform and all its services. By accessing or using the 999r website, app, or any of its services, you are automatically considered to have accepted these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using the platform.

These Terms form a legal agreement between 999r and the user. This agreement covers creating an account on the platform, playing games, placing bets, depositing and withdrawing funds, and participating in any promotions.

2 Account Registration & Eligibility

To open an account and use services on 999r, the following conditions must be met:

• You must be at least 21 years of age.
• Each person may only create one account. Two or more accounts (duplicate accounts) are strictly prohibited.
• All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date.
• You must create the account in your own name, for yourself — opening an account on behalf of a third party is not permitted.
• 999r's services are not intended for anyone in a jurisdiction where online gaming is legally prohibited.

999r reserves the right to approve or reject any account request. Identity verification (KYC) may be required when necessary.

3 Age Restrictions

999r is a 21+ platform. No person under the age of 21 may register on this platform, use an account, or participate in any gaming activity.

A note for parents: please use parental control software on your devices to prevent minors from gaining access.

4 Account Security & Responsibility

The security of your account is entirely your own responsibility. Please follow the guidelines below:

• Keep your password confidential and do not share it with anyone.
• Log out at the end of each session, especially on shared or public devices.
• If you suspect any unauthorized access to your account, notify 999r support immediately.
• You are solely responsible for all transactions and bets made from your account.
• Transferring or selling your account is strictly prohibited.

Update your information as needed to keep your account details accurate. Providing false information may result in account closure.

5 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

5.1 Deposit

Payment methods currently accepted at 999r:

The minimum deposit amount is ৳300 for each method. Deposits are generally credited to the account instantly. Rocket is the mobile wallet service of Dutch-Bangla Bank.

5.2 Withdrawal

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours.

Identity verification must be completed before a withdrawal can be made. If verification is incomplete, 999r may delay or suspend the withdrawal. 999r reserves the right to hold withdrawals if fraud or unusual activity is suspected.

6 Bonus & Promotion Terms

6.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

A 10x wagering requirement applies to the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated only on the bonus amount, not on the deposit amount.

If the wagering requirement is not met, winnings earned from the bonus cannot be withdrawn. There is a set time limit to complete the wagering — it will be stated in the applicable bonus terms.

6.3 General Bonus Rules

• A user may only claim one welcome bonus.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred to another user.
• Attempting to earn a bonus through fraud or improper methods may result in the bonus being cancelled and the account suspended.
• 999r reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time.

7 Betting & Gaming Rules

Sports betting, live casino, slot games, and other gaming services are available on 999r. The following rules must be followed when using these services:

• Once a bet is confirmed it cannot be cancelled — exceptions apply only in accordance with the platform's specific rules.
• If a game or bet is left incomplete due to a technical issue, 999r reserves the right to correct or cancel it.
• The game provider's rules always apply — if there is a conflict between 999r's rules and the game provider's rules, the game provider's rules will apply.
• Game results are determined by a verifiable random number generator (RNG).
• If a bet is in progress when a disconnection occurs, the game will be completed and the result will be considered valid.

For sports betting, specific rules for specific markets of specific sports apply separately. Bets accepted after a market has closed will be considered void.

8 VIP Program

999r has five VIP tiers. Weekly cashback benefits are available at each tier:

• Bronze: Up to 0.3% weekly cashback
• Silver: Up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Gold: Up to 0.9% weekly cashback
• Platinum: Up to 1.2% weekly cashback
• Diamond: Up to 1.5% weekly cashback

Advancement to a VIP tier depends on the user's activity and contributions on the platform. 999r reserves the right to modify the terms of VIP benefits at any time.

9 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 999r platform:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Bonus abuse — attempting to fulfil bonus terms through artificial means.
• Money laundering or conducting transactions using funds from illegal sources.
• Exploiting bugs or vulnerabilities in the platform's software.
• Using automated software, bots, or artificial intelligence to play games or place bets.
• Colluding with other users to influence game outcomes.
• Attempting to interfere with the platform's security systems.
• Operating an account using a false identity or another person's identity.

If evidence of any such activity is found, 999r may immediately close the account and confiscate all balances.

10 Account Suspension & Closure Policy

999r may suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms.
• Suspicion of fraudulent or deceptive activity.
• Failure to complete identity verification or providing false information.
• Attempting to use the platform from a prohibited jurisdiction.
• Direction from a law enforcement authority.

10.1 Account Closure by the User

If you wish to close your account yourself, please contact the support team. Withdraw any existing balance before closing the account — terms apply.

10.2 Inactive Account Policy

999r reserves the right to apply a maintenance fee to accounts that have been inactive for an extended period. The user will be separately notified about the inactivity period and the applicable fee.

11 Responsible Gambling

999r places the highest priority on responsible gaming. We believe that gambling is a form of entertainment, not a source of income.

• Do not bet beyond your means.
• Avoid the urge to place more bets to recover losses.
• Set time and money limits for your gaming sessions.
• Do not play games while under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

• Force majeure situations (natural disasters, government directives, etc.).
